The Company announces that it was notified on 18 November 2015 that on 18 November 2015, Mr. Enrico Testa, the Company's Chairman, purchased 38,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 190 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Testa owns, or is directly interested in, 1,038,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
