Telit Communications Plc ("Telit" or "the Company") announces that, as a consequence of changes to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers ("the Code"), the Company has, with immediate effect, become subject to the Code.
The Code has not previously applied to the Company as its place of central management and control is outside of the UK.
