London, 13 June 2018 - Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), announces that Enrico (Chicco) Testa has today resigned as a director with immediate effect. He remains an employee of the Group's Italian subsidiary. He leaves with the Board's best wishes.
