Blocklisting Application

London, 7 January 2021 - Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 1,350,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each (the "Ordinary Shares"). Admission of the Ordinary Shares under the blocklisting is expected to take place on 12 January 2021.

The Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Telit Communications PLC 2015 Employee Share Plan and the Telit Communications PLC 2015 Non-Employee Share Plan, or any follow-on or replacement plan. They will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
