Thomas Cook Group plc ("the Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 4,440,376 ordinary shares of €0.01 each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market, expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 7 June 2013.
The firm placing and rights issue announced by the Company on 16 May 2013 constituted an adjustment event under the terms of the existing warrant instruments and, as a result, the number of ordinary shares required to satisfy in full an exercise of the remaining warrants has increased by 4,440,376 ordinary shares to 31,113,089 ordinary shares. These shares will be allotted and issued to warrantholders when exercising their rights to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at a future date. If issued, these shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
