Changes to Senior Independent Director

The Company today announces changes to the roles and responsibilities of the following Non-executive Directors with effect from 1 March 2023:

• Kath Cates will assume the role of Senior Independent Director; and

• Michael Heaney will relinquish his role as Senior Independent Director and remain an Independent Non-executive Director.

The memberships of the Company's Board Committees remain unchanged.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
