The Board of Terra Capital plc ("the Fund") announces that the estimated unaudited net asset value per share on 30 September 2014 was US$1.002 which is a decrease of 1.60 % over the prior month.

The Net Asset Value per share figure as at 30 September 2014 is unaudited and includes certain estimates, the most significant of which is the estimated tax liability relating to the sale of property in Macau.
