Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that ordinary shares have been transferred to Nikoloz Kurdiani, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), as set out below. The transfer was made under the Company's Deferred Share Plan.
