Declaration of Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors of TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") has declared an interim dividend of GEL 2.55 per TBC PLC share (the "Interim Dividend"). The Interim Dividend will be payable in Pounds Sterling to ordinary shareholders of TBC PLC on the register of members at the close of business on the record date of 8 September 2023, pursuant to the following timetable:

Ex-Dividend Date: 7 September 2023

Record Date: 8 September 2023

Currency Conversion Date: 15 September 2023

Payment Date: 13 October 2023

The National Bank of Georgia Georgian Lari/British Pounds Sterling average exchange rate for the period of 11 September to and including of 15 September 2023 (5 days average) will be used as the exchange rate on the Currency Conversion Date and will be announced in due course.
