Changes within the Executive Management Team TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces changes to the executive management team of its main subsidiary JSC TBC Bank ("TBC Bank"), effective from 1 May 2023.
Nika Kurdiani will step down from his position as the deputy CEO of TBC Bank in charge of Brand Experience, Marketing and International Business, and assume a new leading role with TBC Group with main focus on international expansion. He will remain as a member of the Executive Committee of TBC PLC.
TBC Bank's CEO, Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, will assume responsibility for overseeing the Brand Experience and Marketing functions.
