Board Changes and Change of Adviser
The Company today announces the following changes to the board of directors (the "Board").
Clive Carver joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1986, Clive pursued a career as a corporate financier with Shire Trust, Kleinwort Benson, Price Waterhouse, Williams de Broe and Seymour Pierce, culminating in his role in 2006 as a founding Director and Head of Corporate Finance of finnCap, which he undertook until 2011. Clive is currently Chairman of three quoted companies and a non-executive director of Darwin Strategic Limited.
In addition, John Swingewood (Non-Executive Chairman) and Ran Oren (Non-Executive Director) have stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. The Company thanks both John and Ran for their significant contribution to the Company since their respective appointments.
The Company is also pleased to announce that finnCap Limited has been appointed as Nominated Adviser and Broker to ECV with immediate effect.
The Board continues to evaluate acquisition opportunities in line with the Company's investing policy, remains confident in the Company's ability to complete a transaction by 20 July 2016 and will update the market in due course.
