Total Voting Rights
SocialGO Plc ("SocialGO") wishes to notify the market that, as at today's date, the ordinary issued share capital of SocialGO consists of 362,582,995 ordinary shares. No ordinary shares are held in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in SocialGO is 362,582,995.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, SocialGO under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
