Tau Capital plc (the "Company") has received notification from Richard Horlick, a Consultant to the Company, that on 27 March 2014 he purchased 7,432,989 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") with a purchase price of USD 13.02cents. This represents 10.05% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following this transaction Mr Horlick has an interest in 19.77% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and voting rights of the Company.
