The Company announces that it was informed today that on 26 June 2015 Capital Gate Holding LLP sold 4,331,877 ordinary shares in the Company. Capital Gate Holding LLP is wholly owned by Nurgul Zhaukeyeva who also wholly owns Capital Gate Securities Limited, the Investment Adviser to the Company. Following this transaction, Capital Gate Holding LLP does not hold any shares in the Company.
