Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) announces that it was informed of the following transactions with regard to ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (the “Shares”):
(i) Rowan Adams, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, transferred a total of 56,304 Shares to his wife as a gift on 11 June 2018; and
(ii) Rob Luijten, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, transferred 79,358 and 1,764 Shares to his wife as a gift on 11 June 2018 and 12 June 2018 respectively.
Further to our announcement on 6 June 2018 with regard to Joan Braca, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, a further 12,857 Shares were withheld from the 2015 award granted under the 2012 Performance Share Plan to satisfy certain tax obligations arising on the release of Shares. As a result, she acquired a total of 78,744 Shares under the 2012 Performance Share Plan.
The notifications below, which have been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
