Notification of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) was informed yesterday that 42,121 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (‘Shares’) were released on 3 January 2017 to Jim Stutelberg, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, in accordance with the Restricted Share Award that was granted to him on 5 December 2014 following his appointment to the Group. 15,387 Shares were sold at 690.50 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange to cover Mr Stutelberg’s tax liabilities and sale costs. Mr Stutelberg retained the remaining Shares.
No consideration was paid for the acquisition of these Shares.
