Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') has been informed that on 1 April 2022, Katherine Tucker, a Person Closely Associated ('PCA') with Warren Tucker, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, disposed of 4,321 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at a sale price of 731 pence per Share, and on the same day acquired 4,321 Shares at a purchase price of 731 pence per Share. Following these transactions, Katherine Tucker's beneficial interest has not changed.
