Acquisition

Tasty plc is delighted to announce that it has reached agreed terms to acquire two leasehold properties in Loughton and Billericay. The Board intends to open WildWood restaurants at both these units.

The acquisition will lead to an increase in the number of restaurants the Board expects to open in 2010. While the increase in units to be opened in 2010 will lead to an increase in pre-opening costs for the current year, the Directors expect the acquisition to be earnings enhancing in 2011. The acceleration of the Company's opening program reflects the Boards confidence in the WildWood brand.
