Posting of Annual Report and Proxy Statement

Titanium Asset Management Corp., the multi product asset management company, is pleased to report that it has filed its notice of annual meeting and proxy statement with United States Securities and Exchange Commission on June 1, 2010. Titanium expects to post the proxy materials and its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2009 to shareholders on June 4, 2010. The report also contains notice convening the annual meeting of Titanium which has been set for 1:00 p.m. on June 21, 2010.

At the annual meeting a resolution is being proposed to appoint Brian Gevry to the board of directors.

Brian Lee Gevry, aged 43, is currently the CEO and CIO of Boyd Watterson Asset Management, Titanium's subsidiary based in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr Gevry joined Boyd Watterson in 1991 as a portfolio analyst and became CEO in 2006. He is a member of the CFA Society of Cleveland and the CFA Institute and sits on the board of Open Door Christian Schools in Lorain County, Ohio and of Schott Communities.
