Resignation of non-executive director

Titanium Asset Management Corp., the multi product asset management company, announces the resignation of Yehoshua Abramovich, a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Abramovich was previously appointed by Clal Finance Ltd, Titanium's largest shareholder, pursuant to the terms of the certificate of incorporation and bylaws of the Company at the time of admission of the Company to AIM.
