Director Shareholding

Roger Taylor, Deputy Chairman, on 30 March 2011 exercised a total of 240,000 share options that were due to expire shortly if not exercised. He then immediately disposed of a sufficient number of resulting shares in order to cover the option cost and his tax obligations in respect of such exercise, retaining ownership of the balance of 46,940 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Roger Taylor is now interested in 1,083,698 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.119% of the issued share capital of the Company.
