Directors' Shareholdings

Howard Stringer (non-executive director) acquired 10,000 ordinary shares at approximately £2.36 per share on 24 May 2013 and James Powell (non-executive director) acquired 1,000 ordinary shares at approximately £2.29 per share on 29 May 2013.

Following the above transactions, Howard Stringer and James Powell are respectively interested in 10,000 and 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.001% and 0.0001% respectively of the issued share capital of the Company.
