Acquisition Update

The Company is pleased to announce that agreement has been reached with Tiscali S.p.A. regarding the final purchase price for our acquisition by the Company of Tiscali's UK operations in July 2009. This has resulted in a £21 million reduction in consideration in respect of previously announced changes in customer numbers, partially offset by a £6 million working capital adjustment. This results in a £15 million net cash benefit for the Company which is in line with previous guidance.
