Schedule 2(g) Update

SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the multi award-winning managed IT services, cyber security and cloud hosting provider, announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Michael Edelson - Non-Executive Chairman

Michael Edelson was a director of Paycorp Group plc (formerly Birch Partners plc). Paycorp Group plc was dissolved via a members' voluntary liquidation with winding up on 22 July 2010 with subsequent dissolution on 24 April 2011.

Michael Fletcher - Non-Executive Director

Michael Fletcher was, at the time of his appointment to SysGroup, a director of Ophiuchus Holdings Ltd, this was omitted from the schedule of current directorships. He was appointed a director of Ophiuchus Holdings Ltd on 14 December 2017.

In addition, Michael Fletcher was a director of EC3 Brokers Limited and EC3 Brokers Group Limited, both of which recently entered administration on 25 November 2022. Michael Fletcher was also a director of Aberla Services Limited which entered administration on 12 July 2022.
