Result of AGM
The Directors of Daily Internet plc (AIM: DAIP) are pleased to announce that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
In relation to Resolution 5, which permits directors to issue up to £360,000 nominal value of new ordinary shares for cash, the board has agreed that use of this authority will be limited to £240,000 nominal value of ordinary shares for shares for cash, equivalent to 10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
