Director Share Purchases
SysGroup PLC (AIM:SYS), the managed IT services and cloud hosting provider, announces that it has received notification that on 26 June 2019, Adam Binks, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 6,400 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 40.45p each and Martin Audcent, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 59,808 Ordinary Shares at 41.8p each.
As a result of the above purchases, Adam Binks is now beneficially interested in 162,442 Ordinary Shares and Martin Audcent is interested in 59,808 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% and 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company respectively.
