Capital Reduction Effective

SysGroup is pleased to announce that, further to its announcements on 15 June and 5 July 2016, the cancellation of the Company's share premium account has today became effective following registration of the court order confirming the capital reduction by the Registrar of Companies at Companies House.

As a result the paid up amount on each ordinary share has been reduced by £0.19 (19 pence) altering the nominal value of each ordinary share to £0.01 (1 penny). In addition, the Company now has positive distributable reserves and is therefore in a position to be able to pay dividends in future, should it be appropriate to do so.
