Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the issued share capital of Synergy as at 4 September 2015 comprised 59,157,645 ordinary shares of 0.625p each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Synergy under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
