Yule Catto & Co plc (the "Company")

EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by RBC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, the trustees of the Yule Catto Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that on 10 March 2011 the EBT purchased 328,363 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 199.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase the EBT holds 333,696 ordinary shares representing 0.098 per cent of Yule Catto's total voting rights.
