Achilles announces additional financing plans

Syncona Ltd, a leading healthcare company focused on founding, building and funding a portfolio of global leaders in life science, today notes that its portfolio company, Achilles Therapeutics ("Achilles"), has announced that it expects to consider additional capital raising options this year, which could include an initial public offering in the United States. The timing and the terms of any such offering have not yet been determined and are subject to market conditions and other factors. There is no assurance that any such additional capital raising will be completed.
