Warrant Listing

The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that application has been made to the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority Limited ("CISEA") for the 179,351,029 warrants ("Warrants") issued on 14 March 2014 in connection with the placing of shares on 6 March 2014 to be listed on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange (the "Exchange") with effect from around 6pm 3 June 2014.

The Exchange is an international exchange, providing listing facilities and a bespoke trading platform. The Exchange is regulated by the CISEA and has been designated by HM Revenue and Customs in the UK as a Recognised Stock Exchange under Section 841 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.

The Listing Document prepared in connection with the listing of the Warrants will be made available as soon as reasonably practicable on the Company's website at http://siriusminerals.com/investors/warrants/. Warrant trading enquiries are detailed below.
