Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM posted and change of registered address
The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY), the globally diversified potash development group, are pleased to announce that the Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) have today been posted to shareholders. The Company has also changed its registered address.
The AGM will be held at 10.30am on Tuesday 20 September in the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel, 45 Prescot Street, London E1 8GP and the Notice for the AGM can be found on pages 57 and 58 of the Annual Report.
