Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM posted
The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY), the globally diversified potash development group, are pleased to announce that the Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) have today been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at 11.30am on Wednesday 26 September in the CrownSpa Hotel, Esplanade, Scarborough YO11 2AG and the Notice for the AGM can be found on pages 81, 82 and 83 of the Annual Report.
