TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

Scott Wilson Group plc announces that it has today purchased 1,250,000 ordinary shares all at a price of 35 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying option grants and share awards made under the Company's employee share schemes. 

Following the purchase of these shares Scott Wilson Group plc holds 2,245,000 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 73,930,446 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
