Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG) announces that on 22 August 2022 Shearwater Chief Financial Officer, Paul McFadden, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120.45 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr. McFadden and his persons closely associated are beneficially interested in a total of 6,715 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
