Director/PDMR Shareholding
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the organisational resilience group, announces that it has received notification that on 9 August 2021 Phil Higgins, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 65,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") previously held in his own name into ISAs held by Mr. Higgins and his family members. This transfer was facilitated by way of a sale by Mr. Higgins of 65,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 153.0 pence per Ordinary Share and subsequent repurchases of an aggregate of 65,000 Ordinary Shares in five equal amounts by ISAs held by Mr. Higgins, his wife and his three adult children at a price of 153.05 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr. Higgins' is beneficially interested in 2,197,350 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.2% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and the aggregate interest in Ordinary Shares of the Higgins family remains unchanged.
