Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the digital resilience group, announces that Christopher Eadie has stepped down from the Board following the Company's AGM held earlier today.
David Williams, Chairman of Shearwater, commented: "I would like to personally thank Chris for all his efforts over the years and we will continue to seek his counsel as a consultant in assisting with the disposal of our legacy mining assets."
