Further to the Company's announcements today and on 20 July 2015, the Company now announces that subscriptions representing total gross proceeds of £24.49 million were accepted. The Placing was oversubscribed.

Subject only to Admission, 23,780,000 new ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") will be issued at a price of 103 pence per Placing Share.

The issue price represents a premium to the NAV per Share as at 30 June 2015 of 3.06 per cent.

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission of the Placing Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to London Stock Exchange plc for admission to trading of the Placing Shares on its main market for listed securities (together, "Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 23 July 2015 and that dealings in the Placing Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will commence at that time.

The proceeds of the Placing, alongside monies drawn under the Company's revolving credit facility, will be used to fund a loan currently in execution and other transactions which the Investment Adviser believes have a high probability of execution in the short term.

Dexion acted as sole bookrunner in respect of the Placing.

Following this issue of Shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 261,880,000 Shares. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 261,880,000 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
