Disclosure of rights attached to equity shares
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.2.6ER(1), Severn Trent Plc has forwarded to the UK Financial Conduct Authority for publication a copy of its Articles of Association, which is the document that sets out the terms and conditions on which its listed equity shares were issued.
A copy of the Articles of Association has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism are available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Disclosure of rights attached to debt securities
In compliance with new Listing Rule 17.3.9C (R), in relation to each series of outstanding debt securities issued prior to 1 January 2014, Severn Trent Plc has forwarded to the UK Financial Conduct Authority for publication a copy of each approved prospectus or offering circular and the final terms.
A copy of the documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
