Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 28 May 2025 of the following retention of interest in Ordinary Shares of 97 17/19p (the "Shares") in respect of the undermentioned Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's 2020 and 2022 SAYE schemes, as detailed below. Following the transactions, the PDMRs retain their holding of Ordinary Shares in Severn Trent Plc and continue to exceed the Company's shareholding requirements applicable to their role.
