PRICING NOTIFICATION RELATING TO A DEBT ISSUANCE BY STEEL CAPITAL SA
The attached document (the "Pricing Notification") sets forth certain important matters relating to the issuance by, but with limited recourse to, Steel Capital SA, a company incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg as a société anonyme, of US$1,250,000,000 9.75% Notes due 2013 for the sole purpose of financing a US$1,250,000,000 9.75% five-year loan to OAO Severstal.
