Multi Group PLC26 January 2007 Multi Group Plc ("Multi" or "Company") 1st 4 Locums Limited trading as The Locum Partnership ("TLP") Payment of Deferred Consideration Multi announces that it has today issued an aggregate of 70,000,000 new OrdinaryShares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the vendors ofTLP. Of these shares, 65,000,000 have been issued to satisfy a performancerelated deferred consideration payment of £650,000 and 5,000,000 have beenissued to acquire the remaining 10 per cent. of TLP not previously owned byMulti. As a result, the Company now has in issue 544,704,820 Ordinary Shares. Immediately following the issue, the TLP vendors' holdings in the Company wereas follows:- Andrew Socratous 39,943,968 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.3% of the enlarged share capital Nigel Berg 39,943,968 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.3% of the enlarged share capital As trading in the Company's shares is currently suspended an application forthese shares to be admitted to trading on AIM will be made immediately upon thesuspension being lifted.
