 Director/PDMR Shareholding

S & U were advised today that Alexander Coombs, son of Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U Plc, has sold 20,000 S&U Ordinary shares at a price of 495 pence per share to the personal pension fund of Graham Coombs, Deputy Chairman of S&U Plc.

Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Mr GDC Coombs is 587,970 ordinary shares representing 5.01% of the total voting rights of the Company and the beneficial shareholding of Mr AMV Coombs is 526,330 ordinary shares representing 4.48% of the total voting rights of the Company.
