Director appointment
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Thompson to the main board of S&U plc.
Mike joined S&U in 1985, becoming a manager in 1994, he was appointed Managing Director of S D Taylor in 2000.
There are no other details requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the FSA.
Commenting , Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U plc said:
