The Company has received the following notification in relation to Derek Zissman who is a Non-Executive Director of Sureserve and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. Following this purchase Mr Zissman has a total beneficial interest in 130,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
