Result of Annual General Meeting
Sureserve (AIM : SUR), the social housing and energy services Group, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Resolution 9, which was to authorise the directors to allot equity security for cash, was withdrawn ahead of the meeting.
