Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that on 13 March 2024, Tilford Holdings Limited, a PCA of Steve Peter Windsor acquired 65,751 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the above acquisition of shares, Steve Peter Windsor holds 1,043,624 Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Steve Peter Windsor hold 721,055 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together therefore Steve Peter Windsor and persons closely associated hold a total of 1,764,679 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
