Result of Annual General Meeting
Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM:SUN), a leading creator of innovative medical technology to address unmet clinical needs in minimally invasive surgery, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held at 2.00pm today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Following the announcement on 9 June 2014, the Board is pleased to confirm the formal appointment of Mr Chris Rea as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
