Appointment of Chief Executive
The Company announces that following a comprehensive recruitment and selection process, the Board is pleased to be able to confirm the appointment of Jason Schofield as Chief Executive of the Company.
Jason, 46, has served as Executive Director since December 2007 and as Acting Chief Executive since September 2011. He is a Chartered Surveyor and prior to joining the Company, had held senior positions at Hammerson plc and Crest Nicholson Plc.
Chairman, Michael Knight said: "We have been through a thorough exercise and seen various candidates. Jason has come through as the clear favourite and we are delighted he has accepted the role on a continuing basis. Jason's extensive experience on the property side means he is well suited for the position, with the Company now focusing clearly on its asset-backed, water front marine and regeneration operations. Having recently also secured the Company's funding for its present requirements, we look forward to delivering upon our stated strategy for growth."
