Styles & Wood Group PLC16 January 2007 16 January 2007 Styles & Wood Group PLC ("Styles & Wood" or the "Group") Trading Update The Board of Styles & Wood Group PLC, a leading provider of retail propertyservices to premier UK retailers, is pleased to provide the following tradingupdate for the 12 months to 31 December 2006. The Group has traded comfortably in line with Directors' expectations as set outat the time of the Group's flotation in November 2006. The Group has shown goodgrowth across all four divisions with its StoreFit and StoreCare divisionsperforming particularly well in 2006. Looking to 2007, the Directors anticipate strong order allocations from existingframework agreements as the Group's retail customers continue to moderniseexisting stores and acquire new stores to increase sales. The Group alsoexpects the trend amongst major retailers towards the outsourcing of propertyfunctions to continue, driven by cost and service benefits. The 2007 OpeningOrder Book reached £120m, in line with expectations, and the Projected OrderBook has also grown in line with expectations.
